Ruminario
Today’s made-up word is ruminario (n): an imagined sequence of events, made up in your own head, that you can’t stop thinking (obsessing) about. Often accompanies bouts of overthinking or taking things personally.
Derived from: ruminate (to ponder) + scenario (plot, story, situation)
Related: ruminarioating (v): the act of obsessing about shit you made up.
Derived from: ruminate (to ponder) + scenario (plot, story, situation) + fixate (to focus attention obsessively)

Natalie, are you sure we weren’t related in a previous life because you seem to know me so well? 😄I’ve done this recently and no matter how much wisdom I think I’ve gained, I seem to fall into these traps still…ah, such is life (smh). Thanks for the laugh and insight.
