Midlife snark

Sunday Snarky Pie ~ Midlife Mornings

If you’re a regular reader here you know I like my pie. Pie charts, that is. Apparently my readers like them too, so I’m serving a helping of straight snarky pie here every Sunday. These infographics are a brief visual summary of my weekly phone chats with a girlfriend. Feel free to chime in down in the comments. Nobody can dish like two midlife women. So grab a fork and join me for a quick slice o’ pie.

Phone chat topic this week:

Early-Morning Routines in Midlife

Takeaway:

It’s the thought that counts.

  1. Meh… I have decided meditation is not a morning activity for me. But I can do it later in the day when I get naturally tired.

That scrolling phone thing… Ugh. ๐Ÿ™„ Same. ๐Ÿ˜€

As far as the lemon water is concerned, I have no issue with that since I keep a glass on my desk and on the counter all day. No excuses to sip from those. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. I am a morning personโ€”itโ€™s definitely my most productive time. It would be nice if they started a little later. I get back in bed with a cup of coffee as often as I can. โค๏ธ
