Midlife Travel: 742 Days Living in Portugal

Today is day 742 of my “new” midlife in Portugal as a solo expat retiree. Of all I love about living here — and there is much to love — the ease and affordability of travel from Portugal is at the top. The Hot Goddess will be traveling throughout October and will see you back here in November.

Venice, Italy, is an easy flight of less than three hours from Lisbon’s airport in Portugal. Passengers on EU to EU flights do not have to go through passport control or customs.
